DELIVERY CONDITIONS PAYMENT

WHEN WE SHIP

Products ordered through the site will be shipped within 2 days following receipt of payment, via express courier delivery with a time frame of 24/48 hours.

You can request that delivery is made to an address that is different from your personal or billing address, by selecting the appropriate option during checkout.

We do not deliver products to P.O. boxes.
Please note that:

• Delivery times are purely indicative, and do not take into account possible delays resulting from issues with payment authorisation procedures.
• Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We are unable to change the destination of orders once products have been shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

For orders over €200, shipping costs are included. For orders amounting to less than this amount, there will be a charge of €15 for domestic deliveries and €20 for other available countries.

FEES AND TAXES

Shipping costs for orders include VAT and all costs relating to the delivery of the order to the address indicated. Customs clearance costs or any other customs procedures are expressly excluded for countries outside of the European common market (e.g. Switzerland).

SHIPPING STATUS

The bicycles come 99% ready assembled, and packed inside a sturdy box. For transportation reasons, only the pedals and the handlebars require assembly. Assembly takes around 15 minutes, and can be done by following the instructions in the booklet. No particular experience is required. Before riding the bicycle, you must read the instruction manual and check that the bicycle screws are fully tightened.
